By downloading, installing, or using the Informi application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

If you use calling, texting, or dialer features within the Service, you are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from contacts and complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Do-Not-Call Registry, and all applicable state telemarketing laws. Informi provides tools; you are responsible for how you use them.
Informi is a technology platform, not a licensed real estate brokerage. Property listings, valuations, market data, and related information displayed through the Service are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional real estate advice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Informi, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service (your CRM data, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Maps), Twilio (SMS/calling), and real estate data providers. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Informi's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any property data, market information, or third-party content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFORMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
